End-User License Agreement

1. License

Subject to these terms and any order governing your organization, MPL.AI grants each authorized user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the MPL.AI software, interfaces, agent workflows, and documentation for the organization’s internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell or sublicense the software; bypass access, usage, or safety controls; reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits; introduce malicious code; use it to violate law or third-party rights; or use the service to build a competing product through unauthorized extraction of models, prompts, workflows, or data.

3. Deployment and oversight

The license does not authorize unsupervised use in high-impact contexts. Your organization is responsible for configuration, permissions, testing, approval gates, monitoring, and review of agent actions and outputs.

4. Ownership and feedback

MPL.AI and its licensors retain all rights in the software and documentation. Customer data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement. If you provide feedback, MPL.AI may use it without restriction provided it does not disclose your confidential information.

5. Updates and third-party components

The software may be updated to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Some components and connected services are governed by separate open-source or third-party licenses, which control for those components.

6. Term and termination

This license continues while you remain an authorized user under an active agreement. It ends automatically when authorization or the governing agreement ends, or following an uncured material breach. You must then stop using the software and return or delete protected materials as required.

7. Disclaimers and liability

AI outputs require verification and may contain errors. Warranty, liability, indemnity, and governing-law provisions in the applicable customer agreement control. If no signed agreement applies, the limitations in the Terms and Conditions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
